Excellent range of products for when that homesick feeling hits and you just MUST have sucuk, or hellim, or anything at all, really! I placed an order when I was on holiday in Cyprus, because I KNEW I would miss and need those things when I got home to the UK.

Bonva used to do a better job delivering their goods in good condition. I have ordered some pastry and the package they came in with were all wet by the time I received them due to their packaging. The increased price and the declined delivery quality does not add up unfortunately.

The website is very tiring. The website is not customer friendly at all. Its so ridiculous that they are not improving their current website for more sales and user satisfaction. You can not increase the products number , everytime you should go back to main page. Omg horrific. Products are good they are also bit pricey but I like their profucts and quality apart from their website. Because of the website Instead of every week I use every 2 months.

Poor service. Two items missing from order but no response to emails sent asking for them to be replaced.
I've used several times and packaging often poor with breakages on arrival. Until now refunds have been offered but now, as said, correspondence ignored.
I will not buy anything from Bonvila again and have found another supplier for Turkish goods.

The wrong good arrived. I told the driver about this and he took them back. I emailed Bonvilla. I have heard nothing. I have not received a refund. I have not received the correct goods.

Typical company who couldn’t sustain the quality when it gets bigger. Wrong delivery timings, missing products, even tho I didnt want substitutes they keep sending different products, no customer care even tho there is a whatsapp number st the website but noone is responding etc etc… used to be a great company but very disappointing at the moment
