Advertise pricing is a sham. Not even close to what you are going to be asked to pay at checkout. They also promise a 10% discount if you sign up. Nope. Not true either but you only find this out when apply the Coupon. Very shady how they operate.

An unprofessional company has been causing me significant inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer for approximately three years, consistently ordering contacts every six months without any issues. However, recently, I placed an order in February 2025, only to be charged monthly for refills, which have always been scheduled every six months.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was met with resistance from both the manager and the representative. They seemed to be blaming me for inappropriately ordering refills every month, despite the fact that I had not changed my order.
Based on my experience, this company should prioritize accommodating loyal customers rather than dismissing them for financial gain. The manager I spoke with should have been more understanding and empathetic. they have all the necessary email and proof, but they failed to address the situation appropriately.
I hope that the Better Business Bureau and your company will take action to improve their customer service practices. They should ensure that their representatives are trained to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and respect.
