"Disappointing"

I was very impressed with the customer
service initially and delivery was very quick. My issue was that because I was painting my floor white one coat didn’t cover it. I understand that white wouldn’t cover as well as a darker colour however I expected that as it should have been enough to cover 20sq m and I was only doing 12sq m. I then bought another tin and this covered better however I needed to repaint the edges again with a brush so bought a small tin. This has left brush strokes now and I’m very disappointed with the finish. My only option is to buy yet another tin and recoat it all again however I’m concerned it still won’t be great. I contacted the company to say I was disappointed but they haven’t come back to me with any offer of help or advice now and this has ended up being an extremely lengthy and costly process, neither of which I expected.

The product arrived in a very few days. I won't know how it performs until the weather warms up and i can lay it. Very good instructions came with it, but it would have been useful if the website had given a bit more information on laying it, for example how much water it is mixed with.
