It's very bad in after sales they don't even send any tracking details, The Staff is friendly but they continuously say your shipment will be delivered on a date but it never happened. I delivered things on the 25th of April. Today is 11.07.24, Only 2 boxes were received in very bad condition. They said they would do proper care but nothing they were nothing, Even though is not possible to broken that is also broken. No proper feedback when the rest of the boxes will be delivered. Do not send anything to India mainly. They don't have any idea to send material to India ports and customs.

"Abdul is a fraud"

Abdul is a fraud. He'll take your bike within half an hour. But will deliver it after 2 months. I tried transporting by bike from Bangalore to native. Had to get police intervention to get the job done.

"WORST SERVICE!!"

WORST SERVICE!!! I called him to shift my bike from Bangalore to Kochi. I paid Rs 4450 and before making payment he told I will get the bike within 2 days. Once I made the payment he told it will take 4 days. And finally I got my bike after 1 week. He won't take our call, nor reply to our messages as well. Even it was not a door delivery as told to me, I had to travel around 10kms to get my bike. He didn't packed my bike as assured to me. There was damages to my bike as well. Pls don't opt for his service.

Worst relocators. Dont ever trust them.
I transported by Yamaha Fazer from Bangalore to Hyderabad with Safa relocators.
my Bike was picked up on 13-June-2019 and they promised delivery on 15-June-2019. I expected them to pack my bike in front of me, but they told that they can pack only at go-down and rode the bike away (Bike had almost half tank petrol).
AFter the bike was taken, one person Abdul called me and asked me to take insurance for 600Rs. I told it is too high, so, he asked me to take insurance for 450Rs, without which he cannot transport the bike. So, in total, i had to pay him 3500Rs.
I asked him for insurance details, but he did not share it with me and told he will share later.
I asked them to send picture of bike before and after packing, but they never sent it. June15 onwards, I started calling them. they either disconnect my call or, sms 'will call back'. finally after calling 107 times (really i called 107 times), they picked my call and told vehicle is in a place called Kurnool and will reach the next day. I asked them to send picture of bike and insurance copy, but no response.
I called again next day. next day also same. i called 135 times and they picked up call finally and told vehicle will come by 18th June due to some lorry breakdown. ignored my calls and messages.
the same continued till 22-June, when they finally delivered it. During delivery, when they unpacked, due to improper packing, my bike seat got torn. I asked for insurance and then they are now not responding/picking my calls or messages.
What should I do now?
How can i get my damages fixed?

On the day the packing team arrived, packing was done very professionally, no furniture was damaged or nothing got broken, and under extremely difficult situations the team was amazing! I highly recommend their services and they know what they are doing.

Worst service ever...they will not deliver ur bike on time and also u will get ur bike with full scratches...They will promise to do 3 cover packing but they won't even do single cover packing.
