The fit of the skirts I bought wrong I bought two sizes and the difference between the two was a lot. I also sent returns but not been refunded yet or even had confirmation that my parcel got there. I like the clothes I have but the fit of them is off.

I have still not received a refund for items I returned almost 6 weeks ago. I have emailed ragged priest for an update, twice, yet have still not received a response.

i placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it STILL has not shipped. I also messaged customer service several days ago and have yet to receive a response. starting to feel like i got scammed. the date of the experience is todays date i placed the order around the 14th

"Two weeks and no order dispatched"

Two weeks, no order dispatched and it was only one item. I did hear back from customer services within 3 days that there had been delays due to a big sale which would be understandable. After a week and a half and still nothing I emailed again, and received the exact same email copied and pasted back.
I asked for a refund, and got no reply. I messaged them on Instagram asking for a refund, and I got the EXACT same message as I got in the email copied back asking if I’m happy to wait. It’s clear I want a refund, and I haven’t heard from them since. AVOID as it’s a scam, they’re clearly going out of business and are just trying to take your money. I would never buy from them again

"Feels like refunds are not a thing, feels like a scam!"

I made a return that reached Ragged Priest on the 1st of August and still haven’t seen my money back.
I emailed both their email addresses (info@ and returns@), dm’ed them on Instagram, left comments on Instagram and Facebook posts, and still nothing.
At this point, it genuinely feels like a scam. So, unless you have total confidence you won’t be needing to return the items you order, please save yourself the money and the trouble and don’t buy from them!
