1st time shopping here so I was a bit skeptical at first
I stumble across it because it had my favourite off-white piece for the best price so I gave it a shot.

Needlessly to say, this has been my best fashion shopping experience ever, I've shopped at Ssense, farfetch, end & italist before & non has shipped as quick as Tessabit, I'm located in Singapore & the product has shipped to my doorstep in less than 48 hours after placing the order. 😍

"Avoid! Dodgy - Price Change After Order"

Avoid this website at all costs.
Ordered a product at £140 - I get a WhatsApp message from their team that says:

"We are really sorry, but the correct price is £850 instead of £150. If you are still interested in it, we can explain you how to pay the missing amount; otherwise, we will cancel the order and refund the transaction."

Extremely dodgy... I even sent them screenshots of the same product on other websites and not even one website (including the original brand) was charging over £590 for this product. Pretty poor customer service and the website still shows the price at £140 right now.

I have asked for a refund and I am yet to hear back.

Unsure what kind of service this is, but I would not use this again.

My first order with this company and won't be my last, I ordered a Alexander Mcqueen Scarf on Monday, despatched yesterday and came today, now that's what I call amazing shipping, baring in mind its coming from Italy and im in the UK, Arianna brought the highest level of customer service, I had a few issues with the shipping and Arianna dealt with it straight away and kept me informed, I cannot rate this company and Arianna's service highly enough, I'm absolutely loving my new scarf...Thank you Tessabit & Arianna
