"Arianna delivered the highest level of…"

Arianna delivered the highest level of customer service to me. I purchased a pair of sneakers almost a year ago from Tessabit. They weren’t made to the quality you would expect from the brand and broke beyond repair. I contacted Tessabit to explain and they very promptly replied and asked me to send images and that they would take this up with the brand. As soon as I sent the images they were straight onto it and within a couple of days had arranged a return. I sent the sneakers back via dpd who got a little bit picky re the addresses on the return label/return invoice being slightly different (one being registered offices, one being warehouse address). I contacted Arianna to see if she could do anything and she replied pretty much straight away with an amended return invoice. The shoes were returned and I received a full refund all within a week. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much - will definitely shop here in future.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. Clothes were received damaged then I was refused a refund. I do not believe in calling out specific workers by name as it is clearly a business wide issue, but my experiences resonate with other posters here. Is much rather buy directly from the manufacturer.

Below, the company has mentioned that the dress was “returned damaged two weeks later.” As I informed them, I was away on vacation when the dress arrived—hence the delay, however the dress was shipped back well within the window required for returns. (Their shipping to me was faster than expected.) I ordered two of the same dress in two different sizes because I was not sure which would fit. I tried on the smaller one, so I didn’t even take the larger one out of the box. When I arrived at the post office to mail it, as I was printing the return slip, I noticed that the tag was missing and there were two small tears on the label. I had not worn or even touched the dress previously. They refused to share the cctv footage they mention with me, other than a photo of a dress with a label on it. Not only is that not proof given my truthful experience (I have absolutely no incentive to wear a dress that is too big for me and exactly the same size as a dress I did in fact purchase from them in a smaller size—it defies logic), but if it actually did leave the company in perfect condition and arrive to me damaged, they should contact the shipper rather than refusing a refund I am entitled to.

"Poor website. Even poorer customer service."

Very confusing and basic web site with big accessibility and design issues. Which can easily lead to being sent the wrong size. When I pointed this issue out to customer service they were incredibly rude.

Edit: As mentioned by other reviews, Arianna was the customer support agent who was rude and dismissive.

Edit 2: Re: Response: I consider someone being patronising and dismissive as rude, especially when I've paid for a product and received the wrong item. The website is incredibly unclear, with very faint text saying "US" on one of the several screens you see in the purchase funnel.

Just to make it clearer (something I'm happy to do), these particular parts are quite condescending:

"It is actually quite clear which size you are going to purchase" — patronising

"Anyways," — dismissive

"we will report your feedback to our Graphic Team, even if this is the very first time we receive a complaint about this." — patronising

Sending me a screenshot, with the only place on the site that says "US" highlighted, despite it looking like a tab to switch to US sizing from UK. — patronising and dismissive

Now I have to try and get 3 pages printed out somewhere in order to return it — adding even more inconvenience to experience.

You're suppose to listen to the problems that customers have and improve your service from it. Not tell people they're wrong, and dismiss them. I've got 5+ years experience designing e-commerce websites, and showed you how big players make these pages clearer. Ultimately, returns hurt your bottom line, and hinders brand loyalty, so I don't understand why you don't want to prevent them.

"Un negozio splendido"

Negozio alla moda in centro a Como. Impossibile uscirne senza avere acquistato qualcosa. Le ragazze sono state molto gentili e disponibili ad aiutarmi a trovare il look giusto, anche se non posseggo misure standard.Ho acquistato una gonna e un top che è stato adattato prontamente alle mie forme. Eccellente servizio!

Forse giusto con la vendita on line si salvano leggendo le recensioni!
Comprato un costume mercoledì, cambiato sabato perché la taglia non andava bene e: non c’era più la taglia, non era possibile ordinarlo perché devono avere un tot di richieste (bizzarro!) e quindi dovevo optare per altro. Cambio con qualcosa che costava 20€ meno e non fanno buoni per la differenza ma sei costretta a prendere altro immediatamente, accontentandoti (e quindi a pagare altri soldi alla fine). Veramente pessimo trattamento dopo aver speso 200€, non vi lamentate se i negozi chiudono e Amazon invece fa incassi da capogiro! Mai più!
