Really knowledgeable and helpful advisors - portal is easy to use and upload documents. My advisor Jessica has been really helpful at explaining everything, even all the silly questions. This is my second time using Habito and I will not use any other advisors as Habito advisors are exceptional.

Lizzie was amazing, going back and forth to find the right deal for me and also help when one option fell through. I have used Habito 3 times and couldn’t recommend them more. Brilliant!

I've found them to be extremely responsive and helpful - they send AIPs quickly when needed for making offers, provide detailed recommendations of available mortgage options, and respond to queries promptly (especially via the online chat feature which is available to use late in the evenings too). They managed to submit my mortgage application and get a mortgage offer from the lender in a matter of days, and it involved minimal effort from my side. My dedicated contact throughout the process, Emily Smith, has also been so helpful and patient in answering my many many queries (both online and over the phone), so thank you! I'll definitely use for any future remortgaging and have already recommended to my friends.
