From beginning to end it was a seamless process. Any minor problems were dealt with promptly. When my Builders needed assistance there was always someone they could contact for advice. Deliveries were on time and there was no damage so no hold ups. A good relationship was struck up between staff from both sides which was very helpful.

All of the people I came into contact with from David Salisbury from start to finish were professional, reliable, helpful and extremely capable.

At first, we were a little apprehensive about the cost of the job, but having seen the quality of the products and service first hand, we can see where the money goes and that our new Orangery is a long term investment and represents value for the money we have spent.

The Orangery was part of a wider renovation project and to have the support and advice of their team throughout was so re-assuring.

Really pleased with the advice, support, patience and expertise during the design phase.

I found the staff to be approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful with every query/question at the pre-install phase.

I was kept updated in terms of timelines and dates for the actual delivery and installation.

The fitter did a fantastic job and put in long days to make sure the job was completed to a high standard within the timeframe quoted whilst co-operating with the other tradesman in terms of electrics, building work, etc.

"If you want the very best orangery look…"

If you want the very best orangery look no further than Salisbury. From the first moment their representative Eddie Spillane arrived he couldn’t have been more helpful and keen to help in any way possible. He was so adept in guiding us to get the very best out of the design with lots of good ideas we had not thought of because of his vast experience in designing orangeries. Also suggested builders if we needed anyone. His suggestion was just the best and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Eddie was always on the end of the phone if we had any queries or always came back as soon as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We have just loved the finished result it’s quite beautiful and we live in it all the time. Do not hesitate to choose Salisbury you will be delighted and get the best. I looked at many other companies also.

"A perfect orangery "

We needed to replace an aging lean to conservatory and after discussing this with various suppliers we got in touch with David Salisbury. From the outset we found them the most helpful and imaginative of all. In particular, their lead sales person, Eddie Spillane, came up with a wonderful orangery design that transformed the existing space from a very utilitarian area to an elegant structure that is a delight to look at and spend time in. Having firmed up the design, their fitter team headed up by Tony Channon-Jones could not have been bettered. They were so polite, tidy and professional making it a pleasure to have them in and around our home during the build. The DS team looked after us throughout the whole process taking care of all aspects of the build and finding solutions to all the little hurdles encountered on any building project.

The finished product has definitely exceeded our expectations. We now choose to spend time in the room and where as the old conservatory got too during summer and too cold in winter, the orangery overcomes this with modern materials and design and we now have a room that can be used all year round. We shall certainly enjoy using our new orangery for many years to come.
