Once the chain was created the process took longer than anticipated, due to issues beyond their control, but I felt Anne was doing whatever she could to move the process forward. Bought a house via these. Sorry not impressed...Agent who showed me around essentially misrepresented the state of the house and highlighted IOW,s issue with so called builders. House needs new floors roof garden collapsing and riddled with damp covered up by dodgy builders.

Also, pretended to be doing lots of work yet solicitors were astonished at the lack of communication. Sorry not a very pleasant experience and something is very wrong here...do not fall for the patter just ensure you take someone with you and triple check what you are buying! Very unhappy buyer.
