We chose Megan Baker initially on their appreciation of our family property being a home first as opposed to just a house or an asset. They understood and supported our very strong preference to sell the property to a local family as their primary residence and marketed it accordingly. The particulars were produced to a high standard and we felt the video in particular really stood out. Communication was excellent throughout, always timely and relevant making good use of appropriate technology always. Market and related business knowledge was spot on. Service level consistently high whoever we dealt with in the team, notably they all took time and responsibility to chase and follow up any questions, information required or potential blockers etc. On a number of occasions they were also happy to provide small additional services and support which certainly would not have formed part of any standard contract terms, these were necessitated because we are mainly based on the mainland, really helpful. Great team, great service, lovely people, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly.
