"Litcommerce's support service is…EXCELLENT"

Litcommerce's support service is responsive and polite. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it very quickly. Their knowledge of third party platforms such as TikTok was critical to rectifying the problem. Unlike many digital platforms or API's that lack the human support when it is needed Litcommerce were on hand in a matter of seconds. Their support has saved us time and money.

"Wasted 2 weeks of my time"

Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Back and forth with questions about their integrations with OnBuy, TikTok and Etsy. Finally got OnBuy approval, installed LIT Commerce on Shopify only to find that the listings created on OnBuy did not meet OnBuy's minimum standard. Crucially the videos were not sent across either. This is because they just have an API link, not a full integration. So it was not fit for purpose. Service was okay to start with but as soon as the problems arose they were clueless to resolve them. Will go elsewhere and find some software that is more ready than this, which is just a work in progress.

"My experience has been great"

My experience has been great! Initially, I was concerned about the system, but once I got the hang of things, I liked it. It is saving me mounds of time. There is more for me to learn, but once I do, I will be off and running. The online customer support is tremendous and much appreciated. There is tremendous value here. I strongly recommend this team!
