I had pre-ordered an item in may, release date for this was 1st August worldwide as i and others was initially was lead to believe by Hasbro. Those outside of the US however would have to wait longer to receive these boxes, so it was essentially out of anyone's hands, the other company didnt say why. The date was pushed back a few weeks, to a few months even for some retail areas here. We received an email a few days after the US released the boxes, to learn that GeekyZone had managed to get some boxes ready to ship to the UK, a few months turned to just 16 days from Hasbro's release. This to me, and other HeroQuest fans was absolutely fantastic service, they went above and beyond to see that we got these boxes as early as they could. I have rarely seen such exceptional service online. I really do appreciate your hard work. We couldnt be more grateful for what you have all done. I certainly will be back to continue shopping with you in the future. Thank you. Have a great day everyone.
