"I was sceptical about this website…"

I was sceptical about this website because it was selling a figurine for pre-order that had been sold out everywhere else for a while but I decided to take a chance and pre-order it. The pre-order was supposed to be sent on June 30th so I sent a message a couple days before just to make sure everything was still good. I used the live chat out of work hours and was surprised that I got an answer almost straight away and they said that the item was on the way from the supplier and that they would email me the next day to let me know what’s happening. They never emailed me again. So on July 3rd I sent another message asking what was happening with the order and the next day I got an email telling me they oversold the item and that I would get a refund. I’m very disappointed and if I hadn’t sent a message about the order I probably wouldn’t have been contacted about this. So I’d be careful pre-ordering from this website.
