Outstanding in every way, with the best customer service I’ve encountered anywhere! As I haven’t needed to use a professional lab that often I’ve sometimes felt a tad intimidated at other labs. I avoid computers and social media and never write reviews but the excellent service and work from Genesis Imaging has compelled me to changed that. I know exactly what I want ( 40 years ago I had my own photographic printing business ) but am completely clueless and out of touch with the digital age, so potentially a difficult customer and a right fusspot. Everyone at Genesis Imaging was extremely pleasant and helpful and the extremely large print they produced was perfection. Next time I know exactly where to go.
