"Suprise order..!!"

Ordered flowers on a Friday...as a last minute request...and asked for them to be delivered before 1pm..on that day...order was brillant..asked for certain kinds of flowers and these were included...would certainly request again..lady on phone was polite ..

What a lovely service. I ordered flowers to cheer my sister in law up as she had just lost her mum. I was kept informed from placing my order to the lovely flower arrangement being delivered. Would highly recommend.

I placed my order about 9.00 in the morning. I was kept updated as to how things were going. I received a text with a photo from my family member who received them at about 13.00. I was very surprised and very pleased they had arrived so quickly. I haven’t seen them in real life but the photo’s I received, the flowers & presentation are absolutely beautiful. My family member who they were sent to was over the moon with them, such lovely colours. I would definitely use again.

"DREADFUL flowers, dreadful Morpeth staff"

Absolutely DREADFUL cheap looking flowers , appalling attitude of 2 of the florists . Certainly not the £48 worth of flowers I ordered and utterly APPALLING staff attitude from the Morpeth florists I spoke to when I phoned on seeing photograph the recipient sent.
I am so embarrassed as looks like I’ve sent a bunch of flowers from the local garage forecourt ( which tbf would have been nicer) . When I phoned to say they were not what I was promised ( pink pastels ) I was abuptly told by two separate staff members ‘ just because you don’t like them’ ( am
I not the client?) it was florists choice’ ( which I never agreed to) ‘ they ARE pastels’ ( yellow, purple bulked out with cheap peach roses) and so it went on. No apology that the flowers were not what I expected or ordered. Nothing like being treated like an idiot . Definitely not anywhere near to the £48 worth of advertised flowers ( plus £6.99 to deliver a couple of miles away and an extra £3 for a card which was also cheap looking and not what I expected for a poorly relative.
FALSE advertising … if you advertise and display a particular arrangement then you must by law sell it.
I hope the staff are ashamed of themselves however their attitude leads me to think otherwise.
DONT ORDER from this florist or this company . I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option

DREADFUL SERVICE. Used Interflora but some how ended up with Sameday flowers Absolute poop show.
Terrible service. Ordered FUNERAL flowers.They actually wanted to deliver after the event. Now waiting on a refund, Funeral was not for 3 weeks, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they take your money then let you down and they just don't care about the stress they cause

"Not as pictured."

Quick service easy to order and fast delivery. The picture illustrated a beautiful bunch of Autumn Flowers 💐. I had them delivered to my wifes place of work, she loves them. When she brought them home they look nothing like the picture, they're missing lily's and not much orange colours. I paid £50+ and looking at the bunch I could have got from Tesco for between £10-£15.
