Thank you for an easy transaction. I ordered flowers, chocolates & a card online from Qld Australia to be delivered in uk. An email confirmed my order and again was informed when delivered, it was the same day as requested, family confirmed they had been received, & were very happy sending me a photo. I will certainly order again from you and will recommend to others One happy customer and recipient Thank you.

Unfortunately I missed the delivery cut off for my same day order. I was notified within 15 minutes of placing my order but the refund happened within about 20 minutes! Most companies these days say a refund is 3-5 working days. Excellent service and the lovely Cumbrian lady who phoned me has earned her company a repeat customer. Bravo!

Birthday Flowers Ordered yesterday for delivery today!!

Got a call at 8:30 this morning to say they cannot deliver as "They have no flowers, but we will give you a refund" or deliver tomorrow". Obviously cannot be relied upon and they think giving you your money back makes it all right! Letting customers down is a serious business, especially when they have trusted (and paid you) to handle a special occasion for you. Very very poor service and attitude. (Reading below it seems I am not the only one.)

Interesting that a company called FLOWERS SAME DAY blames me ordering too late yesterday for their poor service!! Draw your own conclusions! Tone if the response reflects their “No Responsibility” attitude they showed in the phone call this morning!! DONT TRUST THEM

Requested flowers be delivered. Requested note please flowers could be delivered before 2 pm. Called at 1:35 pm and politely asked if it has been. Rude, abrupt, blunt lady/owner refused to help and rather labelled i am being aggressive. Lol. Asking question if flower has been delivered or if she can check and call me back, she bluntly says it will be delivered. I explained its important its delivered before 2 pm.

USELESS SERVICE.

LEAST HELPFUL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

Its for this reason the business fail when they refuse to understand customer need and help customers.

Due to a problem their end they couldn’t deliver same day, I was rung, offered options. They were delivered next day as agreed. Flowers were lovely and communication was great. Will use again.

First flowers for my new lady ( at 72 ). Ordered online for delivery next day. Due to snow, florist had no stock. They kept me fully informed and offered alternative delivery date or full refund. Flowers delivered as promised and they were beautiful - my lady LOVES them ! Great company,great customer service - can't recommend them highly enough.
