Great experience from start to finish. Lady I ordered with on the phone was super helpful and polite. The guy delivering wasn’t sure where the unit was, so phoned me for help. Really nice and polite, gave him the instructions. Beautiful flowers delivered and very happy recipient. Thank you

This company offers same day service but close at 1pm on a Saturday and are not open on a Sunday!
I received a missed call from them at 12.50pm on Saturday, called them back but they were closed!!!! How were they going to deliver same day if they only contacted me regarding my delivery 10 mins before they close????
I contacted them again this morning and they claimed they didn’t have my address?!! I confirmed my address but then they decided they needed to speak to the sender!
Absolutely shambolic service, flowers 2 days late and zero customer service.
The only positive……the flowers came from a local florist and are beautiful

You can order online for same day delivery.
Then they call you and tell you they can only deliver 2 days later..
They then are all matter of fact about it on the phone..

I placed an order on the 6th February to be delivered yesterday, being Valentine’s Day, for red roses for my girlfriend and when the flowers arrived it was completely wrong and absolutely nothing like what I ordered! No red roses and clearly nothing like the picture displayed both on their website and on the receipt. I’ve tried calling and have sent an email, and heard nothing back... I want a full refund!

I said I wanted a plant (my knowledge of plants runs along the lines of " something with nice leaves and a flower". It was for a friend just out of hospital, it slipped my notice I was ordering for delivery on Valentine's Day! The plant was lovely, and in a nice pot, my friend sent me a pic. Delivered on the day it was supposed to and everyone is happy. Sales lady on the phone very patient describing the plant to me in detail.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding an order I placed for Valentine’s Day flowers, which was intended as a special surprise for my wife.
I paid for the flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, and I made arrangements for my wife to stay at home in anticipation of the delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive by the promised time. At 12:30 PM, when they had not been delivered, I called and spoke with a representative named Emma, who assured me the flowers had been dispatched, and that she would follow up on the delivery time and contact me again. However, I did not hear back from her.
By 2:53 PM, I called again and was met with an automated message indicating that all agents were busy and advising me to try later or leave a message. I called 6-7 additional times between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM but received the same automated response each time. At this point, I decided to email customer service, and I received a response from Katy, who confirmed that a refund would not be possible, but assured me the flowers would arrive before 6:00 PM. I waited patiently, but by 5:30 PM, I still had not received any further communication, so I emailed again, but to no avail.
It is now 8:47 PM, and my wife has still not received her flowers. This situation has caused significant disappointment and frustration, not only because of the missed delivery, but also due to the lack of communication and transparency from your company. I am particularly concerned by the delayed and unresponsive customer service, which has only added to my frustration.
As a result of this experience, I will be seeking a full refund as soon as your office reopens. I strongly advise others to consider alternative florists, as I have been thoroughly let down by your company.
I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.

Let me down 24 hours before flowers were meant to be delivered. They also seem to bribe good reviews by offering discounts. If you enjoy being let down order from them.
