"Simply a waste of time"

I started to work with Ad People in late November. They promised the sun, moon and stars. What I got was zero addition to sales over the 6-8 weeks working with them. They ran a poor campaign, they talked the talk but were inactive in inaccurate in everything they did for me. A total waste of my time and money.

I have been very happy with the service that I've received from Gabrielle, since the start of my contract in September 2024. Not only is she friendly and a pleasure to work with, she is also very informative, clearly has a wealth of knowledgeable in her field and has always been very happy to make suggestions and give guidance if needed.

I would highly recommend Gabrielle and this company to any business who is considering signing up.

"This is a horrible unethical company"

This is a horrible unethical company. Business owners beware. The model is to get you to sign up and sign a contract only to then not deliver and then enforce the contract.

We had a prior company running our digital add marketing. Add people reviewed our account and said if we did these things they could drastically grow our business. They said we had to sign a 12 month contract because they have to invest so much upfront, which I could understand. They promised a 6 month out if I was not satisfied.

They completely failed to execute the plan....losing access to the accounts they recommended to setup with the change of the first manager.

The could not understand google merchant center tax input requirements among other things and we lost access to sell on google shopping costing over $10k. Something we never had problems with with the prior agency and had to hire additional help to resolve the issue. Never got google shopping setup on the other site.

THe ad performance was never what was promised. Then they wanted us to unboard another manager because our quite again. 3 managers in under 9 months.

They would not execute out early out clause and so we said they were in breach of contract for failing ot deliver promised services.....I am not even talking about performance. Now they are not wanting to follow the arbitration clause of the contract and just trying to keep charging our credit card.

Horrible experience. These guys have no capability beyond configuring add in google ad manager. They want to make simple changes that have little impact and get paid for doing little.

Worst decision I have made in my 10 years in ecommerce.

Add People has provided us detailed reports and biweekly calls with our ad specialists -- far more understandable data than any other agency has provided us in the past. And their performance has exceeded our expectations. The two teams (meta and google) have each delivered incredible ACOS results and reduced our overall ad spend. Chloe and Nicole are accessible and responsive and very easy to work with. We could not be happier that we made the transition to Add People, we just wish we'd made it a lot sooner!
