"Do NOT use this company for Digital Marketing"

My company Daffodil Foods, has been dealing with Add People for over a year. The advertising contract became more and more expensive, after many complaints and 3 account managers I had to stop. The SEO contract that was started with them in July is very poor. They did not deliver the service that they promised, to the timescales they promised. They promised developer support many times, but then did not have that resource. After many complaints and the final straw, a Christmas design being shown on 21st November, that was too late and of absolutely no use without developer support, I cancelled the direct debit. They breached the contract so many times but then I was set upon by a very aggressive debt recovery company with thousands of pounds of extra charges. Do not deal with this company - they are all promises, they don't deliver, they don't listen and once you are in contract they do very little. They do not offer good value for money.

Please accept my apologies.
I'd like to retract the previous review. Hollie has been a superstar in her response to my concerns. This company is not a SCAM. Hollie took time to explain the way they work and refunded my money with breakneck speed. It seems some reviews are not been followed up accurately which gave us a scare being a small company we don't have the funds to lose if we were being scammed so it was a knee-jerk reaction for us to pull the service. So now we are clear that Add People Ltd are a genuine organisation we will recalibrate and return to Hollie at a later date and restart the process of using their services.

My apologies to Hollie once again she's been fantastic and look forward to dealing with her again soon.

Unbelievably crap services no leads a single lead from my ads for the time I was with them. Not a single one when they said they'd worked with clients like me. They didn't even turn off my ads when I ended which meant it was running still charging me

This company has done a horrible job managing SEO, and Meta Ads for my business, Fantastic Nutrition. We had average cost per purchase of well over $500 for a protein powder product. I also believe they mislead me on the number of ads they created for our Meta campaigns claiming they created the ad variations Meta creates automatically.

I have generally found their staff to be pretty junior and unexperienced.
