"Buyer beware of lies: Site calls photo paper a "lithograph""

Pros are shipping and condition of object on arrival were fine. But I have a big problem with the site's use of the word "lithograph." It's a lie.

How is a photo print called a lithograph?? And then a customer charged €100 for a photo? Dishonest.

I'm really disappointed that this isn't lithograph in a more specific and traditional sense of the word but is just a high quality print of the usage on photo paper, far less valuable. Never purchasing on this site again.

I am the artist Natalya Savenkova. I paid for my account in the gallery in two months. Out of the two months, my profile was only available for two weeks. He is currently unavailable to me. The support service stopped responding to my numerous emails asking for help. I will change my review if my problem is solved and I am compensated for the money I spent.
I can provide all the correspondence that I had with the support service. As well as my obligations and those of the support service in these letters.
I hope for a solution and help.
Help has not been provided, despite my numerous letters. The gallery has not fulfilled its obligations and promises to me. It really looks like cheating. Or the huge inconsistency between the supervisors and the accounting department. But then why does support behave this way? And it doesn't solve the problems. I've read similar complaints from other artists.
Support ignores letters from artists and stops responding when difficulties arise.
That's my story.
I decided to rejoin Singulart. In January, I wrote to the support service and they replied that there would be no problems when resuming my account.
I paid the bill for February. But it turned out that my payment account needs to be replaced. It should have taken me a month to complete my new account. My gallery was closed in February.
I informed the supervisor with whom corresponded about this. His name was Harsh JAISWAL. He wrote that it was not a problem. He offered two solutions to the problem.
1. Return the money to the card.
2. Transfer this money to pay for the next month, from February to March.
I agreed to leave the money so that March could be paid for. To my great joy, the gallery became operational in March. But to my great chagrin, every day I received a notification from my card account that it was impossible to debit money for the March fee.
I didn't keep any money on this card, but it could have been blocked. I was going to pay the bill according to our agreement at the end of March. They stopped responding to my letters asking me to deal with the situation. My gallery continued to work for two more weeks, and then it was finally shut down.
Although it was written in the payment system that my account is valid until April. Two weeks later, a record appeared that I had a debt for the month of March. Even the payment system was completely inconsistent.
I have fulfilled my promise. I paid another payment at the end of March, although the gallery was not operational, I could not upload my new paintings to the website. I hoped that our agreement would be fulfilled. I paid 69.99 on March 23rd. But my gallery didn't become operational.
As a result, out of the two paid months, my gallery was open for two weeks. Harsh JAISWAL support has stopped responding to my emails.
I am very sorry that the gallery that I used to respect allows such treatment of artists.

"Ich habe schon mehrere Bilder gekauft, aber ..."

Ich habe schon mehrere Bilder gekauft, war mit der Abwicklung und dem Service sehr zufrieden, müsste dafür eigentlich 5 Sterne geben. Leider werden über die Plattform auch Bilder von einer deutschen "Künstlern" promotet, die ihre Bilder auch in Russland ausstellt (aktuell 2025!). Da verkauft die Plattform ganz offensichtlich ihre Werte. Schade. Ich bin raus.
