"Great product - Ampere Delux lightweight e-bike"

Ordered my Ampere Electric bike from eco bike company. I am delighted with it and with the service received from both Jarred and Sasha at ecobike company and with technical support from Thomas at Ampere. Bike was purchased through the cycle scheme and was delivered within a few days. Slight technical hitch in assembling the bike however it was promptly sorted out on the phone with Thomas who sent out a replacement small nut part with next day delivery. I would highly recommend this bike and the company. The bike is light (30kg) so can easily be mounted on our campervan rack. Bike glides up hills with ease with motor setting on only 3. Doesn’t need the additional throttle so we returned it to the company. Haven’t had the bike long enough to test the battery length but am very very pleased with the product so far! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. After having a go on my bike, My Nextdoor neighbour has ordered the same bike from them today!

I've not had the bike for long, but it's very fun to ride and better than expected. Questions about how to build the bike were answered quickly. It accelerates very quickly without the throttle.

Great bike, yet to use it to do a long journey, but it really does take the hard work out of hills. Easy to use, nothing complicated with the electrics, very comfortable!

Beautiful teal colourAmpere Tourer s bike 16Ah battery. It is the only full size wheel bike I can fit on as I’m only 4”11” and every electric bike I’ve tried I cannot fit on. Jarred from Eco bike was so helpfully and all e mails where answered very quickly. The only concern was I didn’t get a confirmation of when my bike was to be delivered and the bad delivery driver left it in the rain on the doorstep very worrying I’ve informed Jarred and he is looking into this.The bike is so lovely and smooth to ride now my husband wants one! An excellent priced bike very well made and comes with everything you need.Thank you Diane

"Ampere tourer"

March 6th 2021: Bike purchased today. Happy so far! Excellent service from Leisure-life South West.

March 17th 2022: I've now owned my Ampere tourer for a year. I use it twice a week for my six mile return journey to work, up and down the hills of Exeter and sploshing in and out of the potholes. I have clocked up 650 miles. The only problem I have had has been the back brake; bleeding didn't help but a replacement lever did. In every other way the bike has far exceeded my expectations. I stopped cycling 16 years ago, fed up with arriving at work in a sweat and with aching knees. It's great to be back cycling at 70 and enjoying it more than ever.

Bike came well packed. Delivery via Eco bikes was swift (24 hours from ordering to arrival in Scotland). Assembly of parts was easy and straightforward. Only been on bike once so far but seems to be well built.

The one thing I would have liked was a guide on opening and extracting the Bike from the outer Carton.
Unfortunately the front light was broken, though will be replaced by EcoBike tomorrow.
Stunning performance which I'm pleased about being 87 now.

"Ampere Deluxe arrived yesterday quite…"

Ampere Deluxe arrived yesterday quite easy to put together but needed a bit more information especially on how to attached the throttle.
After charging the battery overnight, had problems with the LCD monitor would not turn on, contacted Jared who came back promptly with a couple of ideas. The 1st one worked which was the LCD CABLE THE ARROWS WERENT MATCHING UP. This was not in the instruction book but Jared has said they are making a video to help with the bike build.
Excellent aftersales help, packaging of bike on delivery was excellent. Bike easy to use even with 2 replacement hips!!

I am completely hooked on my new Ampere Deluxe Electric bike. Great service from both Leisure Life and the manufacturers. Lucy
