I bought an Ampere deluxe bike 3 weeks ago. It was a replacement for a much heavier e-bike that I have been struggling with and I am absolutely delighted with the new one.
The service from order to delivery was fantastic, about 28 hours, and so far I have been out on 3 short rides totalling about 40 miles.
The battery life seems to be good and the bike is very responsive.
My only criticism would be that on very sunny days I am not able to read the display whilst I am cycling. Maybe it’s possible to adjust the angle of the display so that I can see it, as it would be useful to know the speed, battery level and most importantly which level of assistance I am in!
Apart from that I’m very happy with my purchase.


Edit - I have now worked out how to move the display round and I can see it perfectly so ignore that comment!

"My new Ampere Altar"

I have only had my new Ampere Alter for 6 days so it’s a bit early to write a comprehensive review.
However from the outset I must say I’m very impressed with it.
You get so much more for your money than with any Similar model made by other manufacturers on the market.
I have already tried it out on the steepest hills around my way and it had no problem at all climbing them.
I bought the model with a 10AH battery
And so far have ridden 16 miles in one round trip journey on a full charged battery and after the 16 miles the battery was still half full and that was after going up to long steep Hills with the power on number 5 . So I I would be confident to do 32 miles on a full charge. It would be handy though if Ampere Would say how many miles you could expect to get from a fully charged battery At 10AH. They Quote their 15AH in their Advertisements but not the 10AH. Neither could I find the expected range in the user manual which is slightly disappointing as they seem to have covered everything else. Having said that, I take my hat off to them for providing such a good machine for the money. I don’t know where else you would find a similar cycle With Breaks, Fold in pedals, Integrated lights, A comfortable saddle, And to top it all suspension folks. Maybe I’ll write another review when I’ve had it awhile and I have been able to test it on some really steep long hills.

"Love my Ampere Deluxe 700C"

My wife ordered me an Ampere Deluxe 700C as a surprise birthday present. I was not convinced an electric bike was for me, but how wrong I was. Bike was delivered from Devon to South Wales and a good demonstration given. I was a bit nervous as lost my confidence but after first bike ride, I loved it. I had the larger frame of 18", and it was perfect. Bikes looks real good quality. Only just had, so hoping no issues....but communications and customer service to date has been faultless. Would most definitely recommend.

"Ampere were amazing…"

Ampere went above and beyond for customer service. I didn't know if to order smaller or larger frame and nervous about ordering online. I had numerous videos sent to me and icing on the cake, they delivered bike to South Wales to make sure fully assembled and demo of bike.

I ordered the 16" frame for myself as 5.2, and it was perfect. The bike looks amazing, really amazing! First bike ride went great and nemesis hill was tackled. I can't recommend enough. Looking forward to getting back on my bike. Thank you team.

We visited the Ampere Ride Faro at 1100 and the owner brought my brandnew BEE all the way home and gave us a ride at 1400. Excellent.

I purchased the ebike on line direct from Ampere.
A short time later I had a phone call from Ampere confirming my order and checking my requirements, this was on a Friday, and the gentleman said he would make sure it was dispatched that day.
I received my bike the following Monday.
I am very pleased with it. The bike is very well balanced a joy to ride.
I've only completed 22miles as yet but I have had no problem at all and look forward to more rides. Thank you so much for all your help. Colin Southall.
