"I love my Deluxe 26” bike"

I love my new Deluxe 26” bike, bought from UK Electric Bike Centre based at Headcorn airfield. I was able to try the bike before buying, and was delighted to discover the frame was low enough for me to ‘step through’, something I haven’t been able to do for a few years, even though my current bike was also a step through model. Although I am taller than the guide range for this bike (I’m 5 ft 5 inches) my legs are short, and this bike is a good fit for me. I was a little nervous about riding in traffic to start with, but after my first ride I couldn’t wait for the next one, and now I’m looking for places to go!

Just a quick review to say I love my Ampere Deluxe 26!

The colour is beautiful (blue) and the size is the best i have tried by far, I did try loads before purchasing!

Im 5ft1 and this was the only bike that i felt comfortable on as i could still touch the floor when sitting on the bike which made me feel safe and secure when stopping.

The design is beautiful and the controls are so easy to use.

10/10 cycling has never been the same!

"Excellent bike"

Excellent bike, ladies step through delux. Rides well, great handling. Assembly requires minimum effort and knowledge and contains all the tool. Which is just as well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the instruction manual. I estimate 50% was not relevant to our bike. First three instructions already done or not for this bike. Display is clearly for a different bike, Many of the options not available. Often says what something is but not explain what it dose. Each bike, for this price, should have its own manual for this model. Having said that I am thinking of getting a men's one for myself so good is the build quality.

"Ampere Alter Folding Electric Bike"

Have just purchased an Ampere Alter electric folding bike for holiday use. Received great advice before buying, really knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people. The bike itself is not too heavy and folds down easily to get in back of the car.
Haven't had a chance to put it to the test fully yet but have every confidence I will be zipping about on my new bike soon.

"Excellent customer service"

I contacted Ampere about the rear mudguards on our e scooters, which have both cracked, partially because they are quite flimsy.
Ampere replied that they would supply me with metal brackets to give strength to the mudguards when I placed an order. They also promised to share a video with instructions on the fitting of the mudguards and support brackets. The order arrived within 3 days of the order, very well packed and protected.
We love our e scooters, and have been very impressed with the after sales customer service as well.

Very nice bike. My wife loves it, so comfortable to ride. Great value, went for the bigger battery, longest ride so for 40 hilly miles and plenty left in battery. Can recommend.
