Hi,I was having ampere explorer which I purchased through cycle to work scheme in the year 2022 in cycleking Wembley store which is a no problem ebike, but recently it got stolen and now I've purchased the X-Trail from the same store, the built up of bike is robust and smooth riding experience. Really nice model by Ampere. Y I chosen cycleking cos the staff is very helpful and friendly and they try their best to fulfil the costomers needs . I'll definitely recommend Ampere bike to my friends and colleagues

Really enjoying my new Ampere Deluxe Pro. It is really amazing and has enabled me to fall in love with cycling again, as I can now manage the hills easily. It is just like riding a bike with stronger legs than I actually have.

"Ampere folding ebikes"

Just bought an Ampere Mode and Ampere Alter folding bikes from Eco Move in Bristol.

They are mid range price, not the lightest or cheapest, but appeared to be a good compromise for our purpose of using when travelling in a campervan.

Initial thoughts are they look and feel solid.

There was a small paint chip on on of them, but supplied with small jar of chip repair paint so could fix that!

First time out and they seem easy and intuitive to ride.

"Buying ampere bikes"

We were unsure about buying bikes online. We needed to try them for size and comfort, so we went over to Bodiam where we found ebikes direct very friendly and helpful even though they were in the middle of moving premises. Once happy we paid and waited a few days for bikes to be delivered. We had a few minor issues which during a couple of simple phone calls were able to sort out. I would recommend ebikes direct to any prospective purchases.

I have been impressed with the customer service. The bike is easy to use and the controls are intuitive.

If this review was written a year ago it would have been 4 starts. Excellent value. Decent customer service. Sadly that first x-trail got stolen so I obviously replaced it instantly with a new one.

Since then nothing but problems. The bike has constant issues with the chain falling off, the hub imploded and had go be replaced. There are constant grinding noises.

I’ve been told by the retailer that the chain is knackered, the forks are close and the battery holds about 80% of its charge after just over a year.

I contacted Ampere and their response has been deafening silence. They honestly couldn’t seem to care less. They have my money but they will have no more. As soon as I can replace this poorly built piece of rubbish I shall do.

By all means buy from this terrible company, reading the reviews it looks like you *might* not have any issues.

Ich bin total unzufrieden. Die Methode von Ampere entspricht absolut nicht mein Erwartungen. Sie sollten lediglich günstige Tarife finden, stattdessen wird sich in alles eingemischt, ich kann nicht mal auf meine Verträge zugreifen und entsprechende Änderung vornehmen. Dies soll ständig über Dritte laufen was bei mir einfach aus beruflichen Gründen nicht funktioniert. Dies wird dort nicht akzeptiert somit habe ich dort wieder gekündigt.
