Overall all the sabers I have bought from them have been amazing quality, and they have amazing customer service as well, anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something they answered pretty fast, I had an issue with one of my sabers, I sent it in for fixing and it came back to me the next week in brand new condition, Mr.Johnson is amazing to work with!

"Definitely not worth the effort"

Bought three sabers. Sent back Rey’s for multiple issues… got it back even worse. Poor made sabers, not worth the effort. The anakin one, frail. Buy a sledgehammer instead, an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

Being 100% honest Korbanth’s products are ok the empties they sell are better than 75% of some of the other brands I’ve come across. The company’s biggest problem is the owner Randy and his unprofessionalism. He is incredibly rude and condescending in emails then tries to charge fees for policies that don’t exist. Then after you point out that they aren’t there he changes the website to include them.

"Multiple Issues with Saber and Poor Customer Service Experience"

Came with multiple defects. The owner, Randy, shamed me for not wanting to fix the mistakes myself, while simultaneously saying that multiple people inspected the saber including himself. He tried to get me to accept a 10% fee for “returning” the item because they were “very easy” fixes according to him. Randy got very rude, condescending to me, and carrying on sending me unprofessional emails for a couple days until finally giving me a refund. This is not the first saber company I’ve dealt with but it’s definitely the WORST. If you are into coin-flips, order from this company. I’d recommend watching Ronin Sabers on YouTube; he’s on to Randy and the poor quality assembly often coming from Korbanth. You’ll get a great saber and not have to deal with their customer service, or you’ll walk away thinking this owner is the most unprofessional owner in business, while he shames you into fixing mistakes with the hilt while simultaneously saying he inspected it thoroughly before shipping. 0/5.
