"Best Lightsaber Company"

I received my item in pristine condition. The craftsman ship done by Korbanth really is outstanding. The only issue I had with my saber is that the button to screw the blade into the emitter was loose and I needed to tighten it. However, I spoke with Korbanth over email and got it fixed within a couple of hours. The saber itself is fully metal and feels authentic to the saber used in the films. And the electronics are top notch as well. I would definitely recommend using Korbanth.

"They stole money from me, buyer beware"

I recently ordered a lightsaber from Korbanth, the MasterQG to be exact. When I decided to order the saber, it was in preorder status. After realizing that it would take too long to receive it, I emailed korbanth within 24 hours of placing my order to cancel it. I received a response after 2 days saying that it would be cancelled only to receive a partial refund. I paid $624 for the saber, they refunded me $561. I emailed the company again and asked why I only received a partial refund, the response I got was it was due to restocking fees. Really!? On a preorder and in less than 24 hours?? Needless to say I won’t ever buy from this company nor will I recommend them to anyone looking to buy. Great doing business with you korbanth. If your smart look elsewhere to a more reputable company that isn’t in it to steal your money

1. I’m sort of happy with it just he never informed me that I needed to buy converter plug as he give me a US China plug🚩 not UK so I had to buy uk converter just after spending £564 on a saber..

2. The saber Hilt is loose from top to bottom not that stable (where you twist & turn, putting it back together) becomes loose after 3. The speaker is overpowered giving you buzz on high not the best sound Quality I would give it 5/10 & this is after fully charging it over night as he said in the instructions video..

4. The saber not really worth £564 more like a £200 saber & not really accurate movie..

"Amazing Customer Service and Great Products"

Korbanth Sabers is amazing. They we're the first company that I bought a custom lightsaber from. I have recieved all 5 of the lightsabers that I have ordered between November and December in the time frame that the company set (originally the lead times were 6-8 weeks, and as of 2021 is 8-12 weeks). I even had an issue with one of my lightsabers in that it was installed upside down for the control box and the owner helped me out by shipping back the saber corrected. It took a little longer then we both agreed on but he explained that it was due to influx of send backs during the holiday season. The company is quick to respond to emails for inquiries and regular newsletters always keep the client up-to-date on progress of the products they offer, from lead time estimates, batch updates, stock changes, and upcoming projects they are going to stock. The sabers they stock are well made hilts and the installs are clean, if a little on the basic side. But since I lack the knowledge to install myself it is great work. I have another lightsaber that I ordered last month and can't wait for it. I will continue to purchase from Korbanth Sabers in the future and I highly recommend anyone that wants a custom lightsaber to buy from them. You will have any inquiries answered in a timely manner, you will receive your product well packed knowing that it won't get damaged in transit, and they are willing to help and correct any mistakes that may occur after the product is received if there are any.
