Now 28 weeks for a lounge ordered in April. So many broken promises with even false delivery dates. Paid in full included delivery. Asking for a full refund as they just lied to me regarding delivery dates of 31/10/2024 to 3/11/2024. We sat and waited for 4 days for this delivery. Would never trust this company!

I AM JUST SAD AND A FOOL NOW! I PURCHASED A LOUNGE APRIL 2024. MORE THAN 28 WEEKS FOR A LOUNGE ADVERTISED 8 TO 12 WEEKS. IT IS NOW 4/11/2024 NO LOUNGE AND AN EMPTY LOUNGEROOM AS I SOLD MY OLD LOUNGE IN JULY DUE TO THEIR DATE RANGE. LAST WEEK PROMISED DELIVERY BY 3/11/24. WITH THAT PROMISE THEY CONVINCED ME TO PAY THE BALANCE AND DELIVERY FEES. NO LOUNGE AND NOW THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME AGAIN. WHEN IT DID NOT ARRIVE, I HAVE SINCE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND AS I AM EMOTIONALLY EXHAUSTED. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISED NUMBERS OR MOBILES JUST A MESSAGE AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK.THEIR WEBSITE IS SO PROFESSIONAL BUT AFTER THAT MY EXPERIENCE IS IT IS A NIGHTMARE. I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS SITUATION. I WISH I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS WEBSITE.

"DISHONEST COMPANY "
Lounge delivered after 7 months post order- despite receiving money in full 5months prior- extremely dishonest.
Lounge is damaged- raised a warranty claim - still nothing, that was in May.
They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails.
I am now engaging the media - to begin with.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE !!!!
Please don’t just take this treatment- do something - it’s happening way too often.

"Company not responding to fix the couch"
This is the first negative review I've ever made.
I bought a couch from desiredliving in 2022. It's a nice couch, I really like it.
18 months later the frame underneath one of the legs has broken. I contacted desiredliving in March 2024 to have it fixed (as it's covered under warranty).
It's now August 2024 and a technician still has not arrived to take a look.
Initially they were quick to respond when I first contacted them, but now they are quiet and will not respond to me or tell me when a technician will attend.
This is disappointing.

Got a great deal on the cinema chairs. The cinema chairs feel like a dream and me and the kids often end up falling asleep on them during movies

Very affordable and a great range. I ended up getting a stock item as I couldn't wait months for a made to order one. Needing it urgently they went above and beyond to get the lounge to me yesterday.

Terrible service, lie upon lie upon lie is all I got from day one. Over priced rubbish quality & disgusting wait period. Company uses a Crappy courier service who also lies non stop about its whereabouts & delivery time. No compensation or apology, I finally received the very below average lounge which was approx 10 weeks OVER the original 12 wait period I was told. So a total of approx 22 weeks. So not worth the stress or money. My advice , Go to Harvey Norman!
