My order was prepared, handled and shipped very fast.
An article was missing and one was slightly damaged, probably during transport. I reported those two problems to premax and Angela from the sales department responded promptly to tell that she will ship the missing article and replace the one that was damaged, which was done the very next day.

Absolutely the best company I have dealt with. Quality products with a strong warranty. I bought a clipper awhile back, and after replacing it, the new purchase indicated a lifetime warranty. I sent a photo and explanation of the damage (the spring broke) to the company. Angela, with Consorzio Premax, put a new clipper in the mail the same day and I received the replacement in less than a week, from overseas, and she included a 30% off coupon! I have never received such good service, and I am 70 years old. Thank you Angela.
