"Zepp is a great company to do business…"

Zepp is a great company to do business with... I got a pair of their Clarity Pixie hearing aids. The sales staff was great, the delivery was super fast, and I loved the small size and fit. Unfortunately, my hearing is considered severe, and the hearing aids were not able to help my situation satisfactorily. The audiologist was great and we tried many things to see if they would work out. Unfortunately, my hearing was too severe, and I had to send them back for a refund. There was absolutely no problem in returning the aids and getting my purchase cost refunded. They even sent a postage fee mailing label for returning them. AlI I can say is they were great to deal with and I only wish the aids were powerful enough to handle my severe hearing loss.

Even though I returned the aid since I had a problem with them deep in my ear canal, customer service was great and did everything they could do to try and remedy this problem. Once I receive my refund, I will be ordering the behind the ear aids to see if they will work for me. Again, customer service it top notch!!

"I have had a detected hearing loss…"

I have had a detected hearing loss since 2007. I initially used the Lyric system because it was a completely in the ear canal device. It worked for the most part and since I was able to afford the high price tag for the yearly subscription at the time and there was no competitor known to me, I used it it for over a decade. However when my ability to sustain that cost changed, I switched to Eargo a CIC device just like the Pixie. But I have had a difficult time with it because the volume max was not enough for me, even though it has noise suppression features. The volume was a 5 max with 4 environmental options. I was still struggling and feared having to quit working sooner than planned.
I happened to see an ad for Zepp on FB and decided to inquire about it. Before receiving it I thought I had been told the volume was a Max 4 but I decided to go ahead with it and see if the Pixie's 4 was somehow better than the Eargo's volume max. 5. To my surprise when I received it, the volume max was a 10 and there are 8 different ambient choices. Although my work involves noise from equipment, I have found that the Music option works best for me. The Pixie has made my life a lot better with almost no stress in trying to hear voices in my workplace.
I must say however that I am having some slight glitches with the app, but the customer support is quick to respond. Sadly they are only available Monday-Friday. I think that Zepp although new to the hearing device field, has produced a product that is superior to the Eargo. The Eargo customer service though does have a feature where you can text with an audiologist and not have to schedule a phone call. I hope and believe that Zepp can only get better and that thousands of potential customers are out there who can benefit from this life-changing device.
