Zepp was the only company offering a non-operative pair that I could wear as long as I wanted to see if they would or would not solve my narrow ear canal problem.
I got a pair and unfortunately they did not work. I got a full refund quickly. What I'm most impressed with is the terrific, US based customer service they supply. I can't wait till they come up with a newer version of their product and I'm looking forward to trying them agai

Very nice representative and actually loved the fit of the smallest hearing aid ever. Cannot afford them at this time and are not covered by my insurance. Sure wish they were.
