Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può dare, evito di essere prolissa, credo basti l’introduzione! Vado una volta all’anno in ferie e sono riusciti dal primo giorno a rovinare la mia vacanza!

"Esperienza terribile MAI PIU ufficio Mykonos"

Esperienza terribile. Abbiamo prenotato la macchina 5 mesi prima della partenza tramite il sito BPM auto inserendo tutti i dati della carta di credito e i dati personali. Una settimana prima della partenza ci scrivono che la carta risulta essere non funzionante. Reinseriamo tutti i dati e ci dicono nuovamente che non funziona. Proviamo a contattare il servizio clienti BMP auto per giorni senza MAI ricevere risposta. Contattiamo il servizio greenmotion e ci dicono che non sono responsabili delle prenotazioni fatte su altro sito. Alla fine riusciamo a chiamare l’ufficio greenmotion di mykonos dove ci dicono che la prenotazione è confermata e che pagheremo una volta arrivati sull’isola. Chiedo per sicurezza di inviarmi un documenti di conferma prenotazione e così fanno. Arrivati sull’isola andiamo all’ufficio e troviamo un cartello con scritto: sono uscito 15 minuti chiamare per emergenze. Chiamo il numero e mi dicono che la prenotazione è stata cancellata, chiedo spiegazioni e non sanno darmele. Chiedo se allora poteva venire all’ufficio per risolvere il problema mi dice che arriverà se riesce in 20 minuti. Dico che non posso aspettare così tanto anche perché era sera e che non trovavo corretto questo comportamento avendo io la loro conferma prenotazione, mi risponde che se voglio posso andare da un altra parte. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Dishonest company which charged us 50 extra euros when we returned the car pretexting it needed "deep cleaning" while there was only a little sand and a light salt stain on a seat. Nobody had told us they demanded a car wash! A few minutes after taking the car a warning Light appeared on the dashboard, we drove back to the agency to tell them . They turned it off
but it came.back a few km later. I can't imagine how much they would have charged us if we hadn't told.them....The Lady at the reception was so unpleasant and haughty with us. Do not rent a car with Green motion corfu airport!!!!


Agence malhonnête qui nous a facturé 50 euros en plus au retour parce qu'il y avait quelques grains de sable et une légère trace de sel sur un siège...Personne n'avait me tienne qu'il fallait aller au car wash avant de redonner la.voiture ! Un voyant s'est rapidement allumé lors de la prise enai. De la.voiture, nous sommes revenus pour le.mentionner, ils l'ont enlevé, il est revenu qques km plus loin. Comment nous auraient t-ils demandé si nous ne l'avions pas.mentionné!!! La femme a l'accueil est désagréable et hautaine avec les touristes. Ne réservez pas de voiture chez Green motion corfu airport!!!!!

Il profite des touristes pour soutirait de l argent
il font le show et beaucoup de personne tombe dans le panneau
Surtout jamais réserver chez eux

We had a very good experience about Lefkada Down Town office,both with the car and with 50 cc scuters.
Afroditi is a nice person and waited for us every time when we were late to return the car even it was past 9 pm o'clock.

Great experience with the 50cc motorbikes in Lefkada Town. Afroditi was such a great help by finding us a last minute deal.
She was really a nice person, very charming and what you would always want from a customer service.

Afroditi, was very kind and helpful! She found us a motobike in last time notice and helped us to go through the procedure of rending a motobike very quick without loosing too much time.

This is a honest review with pros and cons. In general I get the negative feedback but I also see that not everything is as bad as described.

- Pickup: We arrived around 1hr later then booked and after the closing time. So yes, we also paid 25€ for being late, but come on, thats our fault or the fault of the airline. The employee could have been with his family but waited for us and others - so yes, I paid the 25€ and dont get why others complain. It took us 25min to pick up the car and leave. Here I dont get the complaints - its an office with two people on a small airport. Its the same with other airports - if a plane with 300 people arrive and 50 want a car at the same time, this takes a while.

- Car: yes, I need to say, that at first we received a beat up Fiat Panda with around 90.000km and no spot without a scretch or dent. It was late and we took it. Few days later we called the office because we didnt like the car, it was slow and made some noises. Here Giorgio from the office was very nice and told us that we can change the car. We received a completely new car even a class higher then we booked it. It had 0km and was pretty nice for the region.

- Return: Giorgo checked the car, nothing to add from his side. Took 10min and we left.

Refund: after three working days I had the refund on my credit card, so no problems here.

All in all we had a good experience with the rental. Especially with Giorgo who was nice, friendly and very professional.

Like always in life: if you talk, are nice with people and tell what you expect you always find a solution.

We rented a car for a few days in Nidri, Lefkada. Kind lady at Green Motion explained everything to us. We had a great time driving around this beautiful island with Nissan Micra. Incredible little car took us everywhere even the steepest roads. Just perfect!
