All the staff were helpful and informative both face to face and on the phone. A courtesy car was provided promptly at fair cost, and the annual service was completed with helpful comments. I also noted that my car is the Yaris in the photo used on the website to show the front of the building!

"Delighted with both courtesy and swiftness of fault rectification"

Called Rhianna, at 5.45 at Isleworth Service centre about a crunching noise when our RAV4 (2019) was on full lock. She told me to drop in at 10.00 the next morning and she would get an engineer to take me on a test drive. Duly turned up on time to be greeted by Rhianna and within 10 mins the fault was diagnosed and rectified by their mechanic Giles. Thus, Was totally delighted with both the courtesy and swiftness this fault was dealt with. Steve and Pauline.

"Repeat customer"

I've booked four or five times from the Isleworth team. The cars are excellent and the service from the staff has been second to none, The booking process is slightly unusual in that the booking is not confirmed until you have actually spoken with the salesperson and finalised the details, you may get upsold but this is not unusual with car hire! There is a fifteen pound booking fee on top of the advertised price too, so not easy to compare prices while looking online.

"Ripped off at Collection! "

Booked a in Isleworth van to move house, quoted £168 which was cheapest around from the online form, including all extras such as premium insurance. get to pick up the van on Moving day and find out the true is was £242.96 - when questioning this the rep says all head office issue they should have confirmed the cost increase! they didn't, made it the most expensive of the quotes I sourced but on moving day i am tied in and have to accept it. another way service providers hold you over a barrel! disgusted with customer service and would strongly advise thinking twice on using them -

"My wife hired a Toyota Yaris Hybrid…"

My wife hired a Toyota Yaris Hybrid from their new Isleworth location in Worton Road. The car was excellent, the staff were superb & a joy to deal with.
Unlike most rental companies there were no hidden nasties and the whole experience was very straightforward and made the hire for the Easter week an enjoyable one. Thank you to Nick for his help. We'll certainly be back & will happily recommend them to others.

"Very disappointed with the Lexus Service"

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service done at this branch. I gave my car for service and mot and spend £800 to receive my car with the engine management/tyre pressure yellow light on. It’s not a nice experience to receive the new car back with the yellow warning light on after being serviced. It’s lack of communication, disregard of customer satisfaction and very annoying.
