Although the sales rep was very helpful at first, he stopped responding after a while. The car was not properly valeted when it was delivered. It did not have a boot cover which was then provided but has already broken. I discovered stone chips on the bonnet which I had not been told about and the windscreen wipers were not in good condition. I was repeatedly assured the Toyota app would be fixed but it's still not working, and I don't have the service history

第一所有車得標價,沒有好像其他dealership 一樣list out 汽車spec。要小心,要逐架問,服務不夠貼心。

話唔建議和「not allowed」我test drive 一架唔合自己預算的車,態度唔好,唔專業。就算我話其實我預算可以加嘅佢都唔「allowed」.我問佢攞條車匙想睇吓架車,佢就淨係開咗道門俾我坐喺架車度睇吓連車匙都唔插,電都冇,根本就唔願意做呢生意。
你當我講大話都好,避免你有唔好嘅購物經驗,避開呢個銷售人員絕對唔會影響到你購買車嘅目的同埋意欲。
我嘅建議係小心為上,喺英國生活無論工作天氣已經有好多機會會發生不如意嘅事無謂比呢個銷售人員喺你生活加添一點不愉快( welcome translate from traditional chinese)

Be a professional sales, negotiation is an important progress. Share driving experience to customer is a best practice. Like Porsche, someone budget is limited, but car is good and experience is good. Clients will find their way to buy their dream. From your attitude, I m excited how many potential business you reject with your poor skill set. Please remember your job duty. You are a sales. You have sales target and what you have to do is meet it and exceed it. You are not necessary to worry customer budget. If you are sales elite, you can up sell your client from a Yaris to a high ended model. It all talking about ability! If you lost the passion, study a bachelor in university, learn something new and change industry. Make yourself more productively and happier. I can see how you pain when you get back to your job. From your customers, they don’t want to see a sales with poker face. Please read more book, travel more and explore the world , enrich your skill and horizons. Don’t Sit on your Brian. One day, you will be rich in your selling skill. Otherwise, you will never get any promotion or rewards.

From normal practices, your customer service will deny my allegations and said some miscommunication issue to close the case. It’s fine. However, be a branch manager and pay safe for your branch in sustainable growth. You have to observe this staff attitude to enhance the sales and service. In HK, if chakravarthi doing the job like that. He is already asking our government life subsidy as he didn’t got any job!
Please stay alert, Toyota is a good brand and car is excellent. Don’t destroy it by only 1 staff.

Mr chakravarthi is try his best to not allow me a test drive of a 19k Yaris.
As a sales, listen to your customer and understand their needs are critical to a successful sales story. Just said 「endeavor」is meaningless, you need a skill. There are many ppl who endeavor to do sth but fail. Why? The point is Mr chakravarth is not working smart and no skill set. Never listen client feedback and use his own view to do his sales target.
To Mr chakravarthi ‘s line manager, when you found that Mr chakravarthi’s performance is far behind your teammate. It is not surprise as I told you the truth how he rejected business and impact your branch business.
If I were you, I will lay off him immediately. Please do not worry. As anyone can replace his position. I guarantee anyone pick up in the street or even a new graduate who can perform much more better than him. Check his performance and validate my statement to confirm the root cause. If he cannot make improvement, let him go away and far from your branch is the best strategy.
For coming client, you can visit this shop to buy a car but never choose Mr chakravarthi.
He will make u a bad day! Don’t try that!
You can said I told a lie but for you, no harm to choose another sales to avoid a bad day! Right?
