Excellent tour; very energetic, engaging and knowledgeable guide (Tammy). I understand why you need to have such an extensive and lengthy training period for novice customers (liability and insurance) but 1/2 hour taken out of a "3-hour" tour seems excessive for experienced Segway users. Our past Segway tours in Paris, Athens, Berlin and Nuremburg spent about 5 minutes (MAX) to brief the same information and then maybe 10 minutes of practice in the parking lot. Would be nice if you could have a tour for experienced customers who after a 5-minute briefing and passing a quick driving test could start the tour.
Otherwise, great experience!

Our tour with City Segway Tours was awesome! Our tour guide, Caroline, did an amazing job with each of our stops. She was patient and knowledgeable with everything. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We took the Memorials and Monuments Tour and it was well worth the expense. We saw the bigger memorials and monuments and learned a little about each one at each stop. Plenty of time to hop off, take pictures, and get around DC.

We have booked and taken tours in Boston and Washington DC and enjoyed them immensely. Looking forward to a Chicago tour this time! Tour guides are knowledgeable, and humorous.

City Segway Tours gave me my money's worth: it was easy to book, the machines were well behaved and the governor never inhibited us, the office made sure we had water -- it is hot in the summer, and our guide was knowledgeable and clever.

Our guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and worked well with pacing the group well considering the wide range of ages, etc. I definitely have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone.
The only thing, I wasn't able to get my military discount since I booked online. Booking online you must remember when showing up for the tour to inform the staff to process a refund for military discount. Too bad the reservation can't be flagged for the staff to remind the customer.

Had the most amazing time! Online reservation was as breeze as was checking in. We had patient and fun "test rides" and learned all we needed to know for a swell ride. Our guide, Josh was amazing. Will be using City Segway Tours in each city we visit.... using our lifetime 10% discount! A must do in any town!
