"The booking process would have been…"
The booking process would have been great but I was trying to purchase a combo ticket. The particular ticket I was trying to purchase was with a company they were working out the contract with. They didn’t have anything mentioned in their site and the only way I found out was by calling them direct.

"The website is laid out nicely"
The website is laid out nicely. One recommendation is to provide an on screen comparison of the venues that you visit on each tour. Overall, the process was simple, the screen was easy to navigate and the purchase was seamless. I received my receipt immediately into my inbox...KUDOS for that!

"Getting off the beaten path"
Great tour around the neighborhoods of New Orleans. Easy to reserve, bikes were well maintains, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely tour with them again

"Lots of fun"
Lots of fun, interesting, and informative. My teenage daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it. They hit key points like Jackson Park and Bourbon Street, but more importantly showed you less-seen landmarks and areas like Louis Armstrong Park, Frenchman street, the open air French Market, and other areas.

"Find out who your guide is first..."
This tour is a great way to see the sites around the Federal Triangle, unfortunately we had a series of awkward and even unpleasant moments with our guide. At the start of the tour, our guide (Jill) told us (including our kids) to act like jerks while riding the bikes through pedestrian crowds. She left half of the group behind on multiple occasions and started the narration before the group caught up. If you are considering taking this tour, I’d strongly suggest that you find another guide. If you have kids or elderly people traveling with you, it may be advisable to choose another tour option.

"Easy gettting around the 'Big Easy'"
We were very happy with our segway tour in New Orleans. Signing up was easy. The pre-tour instructions and 'test drive' made it very easy to be comfortable while riding on the bumpy streets of New Orleans. Our only hesitation was that our tour guide was somewhat lacking. She was very nice but didn't take the time to make sure everyone could hear her when we stopped at a historical location. Some of the history was lacking as well. That having been said, we didn't take this tour for the history but more for the overall experience which was awesome! If you've never ridden a Segway we highly recommend it - easy and fun!

"The people were great and very helpful"
The people were great and very helpful. We took teenage boys and it was perfect for them with some history of the area and sight seeing but without the boredom of a walking or bus tour. I did find it hard to look around as much as I would have liked because we kept to a brisk pace and I had to concentrate on driving the Segway.

"I found it IMPOSSIBLE to scroll down on…"
I found it IMPOSSIBLE to scroll down on the website to click on 'Australia' drop-down menu.
Luckily, my brother had his laptop handy and he let me use it to book and pay for the segway tour. Otherwise, I could not have gone as there were limited numbers availability on that particular day.
Must be some bug that your programmers need to have a look at it.
Btw, I wasn't using a cheapie Chinese tablet and all my apps and os is regularly updated (samsung s2, Android)
