Poor Customer Service system in place. Good price on a product but NO customer service system that is easily available. Ordered a pair of sunglasses 10 days before a birthday. Limited communications around the order but you are driven towards the dreaded Shop app which wants to strip your phone of all data if you let it. The app tells me the glasses are delivered (when they are not) then there is no easy way to contact the company. They don't send out proper tracking info, only the aforementioned app so although on UPS or Fedex you cant contact the local courier as you have no proper tracking. I've sent messages to a whatsapp number (no reply) and to the email address (no reply) about to speak to the credit card company to turn the payment around and report theft. - The whatsapp did work after 30 mins or so and was told I should have had an email as the glasses were damaged and not sent. They didn't engage with the app saying they were delivered. I've increased from 1 star as once engaged they did address the issue but no lead time on the replacement and still no clear mode of communication, whats app appears their preferred.
Follow up after their below reply - I still have no official email from the company other than the initial order confirmation. Other than the nameless whatapp exchange nothing has been sent to me that the item being delivered is delayed, nothing to say to expect it in one more week or several months. This was supposed to be a birthday present ordered with a 2 week lead time. Another reason why the high street is an overall more satisfactory purchase experience.

Acquistato un paio di occhiali a un prezzo ottimo. Mi hanno contattata subito per informarmi che i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati circa 7 settimane, chiedendomi se andava bene e ho acconsentito. Invece, in meno di due settimane ho ricevuto i miei occhiali: originali e perfettamente imballati. Servizio eccellente, consiglio assolutamente.

"Achtung - Rückgabe scheinbar nicht möglich"
Achtung! Der bestellte Rahmen passt leider nicht und auf Anfrage zur RĂĽckgabe (die angeblich kein Problem sei) erhalte ich ĂĽber keinen Kanal (WhatsApp, beide bekannten Mailadressen) keine RĂĽckantwort und bleibe scheinbar nun auf 286 Euro sitzen. Ich wĂĽrde dort keinesfalls mehr bestellen!
Edit: ich erhielt nun endlich die unten stehende Antwort - die Mails kamen also alle scheinbar an aber man hält es wohl nur für nötig bei trustpilot zu antworten. Auch auf meine Reaktion per Whatsapp und Mail (ob zumindest in ein kleineres Modell getauscht werden kann) erhalte ich wieder keine Antwort. Daher kann man dieses Unternehmen leider wirklich nicht empfehlen.
