From the moment that I contacted Sound-Affair and they made me an offer my my Bang and Olafsen system they were totally honest and upfront. An offer was made and accepted and even though a couple of faults developed on the system while discussions about shipping etc were being made, they kept to their promise. Packing boxes were sent and returned at their expense , all shipping arrnged. The agreed price was paid into my account once they had received the delivery. The whole thing was conducted with professionalism and friendliness, both over the phone and online. I would have no hesitation on recommendiny the company, and James, to anyone wishing to deal with them

Unfortunately I experienced the OPPOSITE. I have 5 pending/"Processing" (paid) orders form September 2023 ...
And the seller EVEN DOES NOT REPLY to my mails from January (I wrote dozens and tried to contact them/him over the phone ... NO SUCCESS). At the beginning of our relationship it was OK, a bit late shipments but at least they/he communicated. I thought something serious happened with him/them, but seeing the current reviews, they are alive and serving customers .... So I DO USE THIS FORUM TO BRING INTO THEIR ATTENTION ... IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO IGNORE C U S T O M E R ... such an unpolite and criminal way!!
