Really impressed. Load of help and advice when I was choosing product, and they were quite happy to review photos. Accurate delivery date. There was a broken component...again they excelled themselves with speedy response and next day delivery of replacement component direct from supplier. Very happy with door and whole experience. Ordered and paid for a roller shutter door in November. Confirmed order in November. Door arrived eventually with no instructions and missing main fixing brackets. I write this 15th. Feb still no parts sent, although have been chasing for many weeks. Do not buy from this company they are a disaster. Have finally asked for collection of incomplete door and refund so I can buy one elsewhere. Will i get it? They refuse to return my calls. Total fiasco!
