"Installation problems!"

The Company installed a aluminum veranda (car port) on Friday 16th June 2023 and on completion of the work I was so pleased with the finished article that i Iimmediately wrote a complimentary review in Trustpilot.Mickie's behaviour on the day was questionably as he barged,about obviously trying to let me know that he was in charge,but made mistakes including cutting one of the posts too short which required him to return to base to collect a replacement but i gave him the benefit of any doubt as i hoped that he was just trying to impress.On reflection, that was a mistake on my part as when I returned home from a Father's day outing on Sunday 18th I discovered a pool of water on my driveway as a result of a heavy shower of rain. On examining the guttering I found a considerable amount of water in one end and nothing in the other to allow the water to escape. Mickie and his colleague arrived to rectify the problem and it was obvious that Mickie, from his behaviour, felt aggrieved at being called back.He insisted that he had sealed both ends of the gutter and that,as he checked the levels twice in my presence,the levels were off by only 2mm (really!!) He then sealed both ends of the gutter which was quite a surprise as he has previously said that they had been sealed.He removed one end post and about 20mm of concrete (not the 2mm he insisted on) before reconnecting the post but unfortunately only with two bolts instead of four which resulted in the Company sending other members of staff to rectify the problem. Good product but the Company badly let down by the behaviour and bad attitude of person in charge of the installation! I had planned to have the company back to supply and install another veranda at the rear of my home but in view of my experience I will have to give it further consideration! My experience is one of disappointment!

She found the parts I was looking for faster and for a better price ,delivered than i had previously been quoted.
Her Amazing friendly service turned a pretty serious problem into an absolute pleasure.
I look forward to dealing with samson again as they have really saved my bacon.

"Sectional Doors Installed In Abingdon"

Julie and the installation team were brilliant from start to finish, Julie saved us with her proposal of sectional doors with a built in fire escape door. The architect specified roller shutters (as the client required doors that opened up), however these didn't meet building control requirements as they insisted on us providing a flush threshold fire escape door on that elevation which was achieved with the sectional doors we had installed last week. I highly recommend Julie and the team. We currently have two further enquiries with them and they are our 'go to' door suppliers.
