"Blue Audi RS5"

I recently had an incident that caused damage to the back and front of my car. My insurance company put forward Sutton Car Repairs and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed with the worked carried out and the way SCR went about their business. Throughout the repair process I was kept up to date by text as to what stage they were at. When my car was returned to me I was very pleased with the work done, unfortunately my ACC wasn't working, I rang SCR and spoke to Reiss. This man and his team couldn't do enough for me, I was given a courtesy car while extensive work was carried out to find and fix the problem with my ACC.
I cannot fault the work done and the work ethic at SCR.
I'd like to say a massive thank you from a very happy RS5 owner.

Sutton Car repairs have been very open, straightforward, friendly and efficient in dealing with my claim. Over 6 months after they had replaced my bumper, one afternoon, I finally got round to asking if they could look into the leaking boot. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they took the time to have a good look, did their best to stop it, and charged me nothing for their time and effort. I was very impressed and am really grateful!

"Staff have been so lovely"

Staff have been so lovely. We had an accident on the 20/7/2024 and the car was taken, repaired, and back to us by 29/07/2024. Can’t fault them at all. Work is to a high standard and they even cleaned our car too (with 3 kids this is a huge added bonus!!! 😂)
