Excellent value for money - would recommend to all prospective new homeowners. Was very impressed with the detail in the report and the communication both leading up to, and following, the visit. Picked up on issues we wouldn't have uncovered for weeks so this gives us great comfort that we will get the issues rectified and walk into a house with minimal issues

George from HomeSnag ran 2 surveys (Heat loss and standard snagging). He was absolutely brilliant. After providing me with a set of instructions previous to the visit, George arrived and explained all the details to the surveys and how long it should take. After a few hours George had completed the surveys and found 100+ snags. He explained how to report them and provided all the snags via an excel sheet (Todo planner) and several PDF's (Snag list with photos and building guidelines). George was great, he worked for 2 - 3 hours straight. I am happy to say that after 6 months, the developer has rectified all snags listed on our new build. I feel like the service was excellent. But pricing was high compared to other quotes. However, between George's impeccable service and how invaluable the surveys were, I was glad to pay the prices offered. Thanks George!

Booking in advance was easy, staff are very helpful in changing the slot as our plot has been delayed a couple of times. Alex carried out the inspection professionally with all the tools required. Discussed with us about the issues which we are facing. Patiently walking us through with his foundings. Very detail and user-friendly report with photos was sent the next day so we can pass on to the developer to sort things out. A detail and fair report would be crucial, especially when dealing with a new build which is full of snags...... unfortunately we are facing one.
