"Hi speed broadband service par excellence"

Two years ago, I moved my broadband service to Cambridge Fibre (CF) from Sky. To start with, the increase from 40 to 200Mb with 5G was a noticeable improvement when downloading big files like films and videos, especially during those high-demand times when both children were back at home!
CF provided both 2G and 5G WiFi service throughout my house and most of my back garden. As I live in a chalet bungalow, CF also provided a repeater/buster upstairs as part of their package to ensure a good-quality 5G signal for mobiles and computers in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.
2G service was essential for my other non-5 G devices, such as printers, Smart Speakers, and Smart Home devices. CF also replaced the Sky broadband service over the line extension to the office in the summerhouse at the bottom of our garden.
Installation was quick and professional with minimal disruption. Best of all, on those few occasions when I rang the CF office during the first few days after installation, there was a courteous, helpful, and competent human technician answering my call within only a few rings.

The team were particularly helpful with a pre-visit to discuss location and space requirements, installation was clean and tidy and seems to work well with reasonably good wifi coverage on all 3 floors.

Superb company. Installers were exceptionally good, and the service has been faultless since I had it. Initially I was concerned I wasn’t getting the data speed, so I rang the contact centre. A real person. Who really cared. Who explained the service, and how to set things up. And I had 200mb up and down in no time. Old school superb service, which is impossible to find these days! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guys are first class.
I still can't believe how quickly from my first phone call with Simon McD that they had me hooked up in a brand new property with no previous connection.
They had overhead cables installed and us up and running with fibre within 7 days.

"Great service."

Cambridge Fibre not only offer great service, but unlike some of their competitors they do not wreck pavements and cycleways and liter them with cabinets. They also have brilliant customer service, as soon as you call them you are speaking to the experts. The service has been working almost flawlessly for the last 3 years (I think we had one day where the speeds were a bit lower than expected in all that time!). Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I have been with Cambridge Fibre for 2 years now and they are brilliant. Had 1 issue when we first had it installed (not there fault another company went throught the cable) but they were quick to act and get it sorted. Just signed a new deal and got a great price, fixed for another 2 years. Highly recommend this service.

Outstanding customer services from initial communication to installation and commissioning the broadband service. The team are extremely friendly and efficient despite our complex internal home network they managed to connect the services in a very timely manner.
I had a number of wireless home applications that required configuration but the technical support team was outstanding in helping me get all up and running very smoothly.
