"Quality poor"
The reviews seemed good so I paid £11.99 for the socks. The upload was easy, the quality of the picture on the socks was good but the material and actual socks are BAD. Like they will last one wash and no more.

"First they forgot to send the gift box…"
First they forgot to send the gift box I ordered. I chased up and it arrived - a brown cardboard box with their name on it- hardly a ‘gift box’.

"Great Customer Service"
This was my first order and I made a mistake in the shirt size which Printster was happy to correct for me. The item arrived promptly and is good quality so I would definitely use them again.

"Absolute fraud!"
Absolute fraud!
Their website says next day delivery available so I paid for the express courier option at £8.29
Ordered on Monday for a party on Thursday. The package arrived Friday - the day after.
I spoke to "the friendly support team" who have not only NOT even apologised for the late arrival, but have now emailed saying that "it arrived within Royal Mail guidelines of 10 working days".
£50 worth of printed facemasks have now gone in the bin as they're useless. Do not advertise a service you can't guarantee - worse still, don't charge extra for it and refuse to compensate and blame Royal Mail.
Such a shame as the quality of the masks is great, but pointless when our colleague whose leaving party it was is already halfway to Malaysia!
