We ordered a mug with the picture of our daughter when as a baby and that of a recent one. She loved it. The pictures were printed and looked like a photograph- very crisp and clear.
Will order more for kids birthday parties etc perhaps as a return gift with a picture of their mates who attended the party.

I ordered a custom mug on Monday, it arrived Wednesday, in some nice solid packaging. The pictures look good and the mug is a reasonable size. My only complaint is that the £3 add on to fill the mug with chocolates is very poor value, you get about 60p worth of chocolate, won't know what quality it is until it's unwrapped at Christmas but hopefully it's at least some very good quality chocolate. It was very easy to customize the mug and complete the order.
