Returned a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses because a screw had fallen out causing the frame to detach from the lens. To be told that Upon assessing the sunglasses the fault with the sunglasses is not covered under Ray Bans manufacturing warranty, regretfully as the fault is not covered under Ray Bans warranty we would need to return the sunglasses back to you.

There is no point in returning them as they are not fit for use. Disgraceful.
