I have been working with 3D Recruit since January 2023 and can honestly say that I’ve been so impressed with this company. Jack works so hard to find placements suited to me and listens carefully to feedback. Everyone I have interacted with at 3D have been super friendly and helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move into supply teaching or searching for a new role.

Signed up with 3D and got really quick communication from Prima, who has been supporting me every step of the way - helping me with development and finding the right roles for me and really putting my needs, especially mental, first. Answers all my questions and understands I'm new to agency work so is really understanding of my position and has not once made me feel stupid about it. Cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she does in the background for me, and would recommend 3D to anyone considering a public sector agency :)

Also had a compliance and registration meeting with Oskar and he was brilliant to talk to. Made the atmosphere really easy, all my nerves went away just minutes in and he made me feel really comfortable. Almost felt like talking to a career advisor at school, no pressures and judgement :) Later asked him for interview tips and feedback and he gave some insightful advice, which I then used and actually landed a job with, so thanks very much to him!!

Have had a great experience working with 3D and after a terrible time in my previous toxic workplace, I'm currently faring much better in the new job Prima found me :)

i signed up to 3D recruit hoping to start my new role in schools.it has always been my passion to work within the school community and that’s exactly what they did.i was assigned with daniel and he honestly worked above and beyond to get me my placement he always stayed in contact with me and updated me on all the progress along the way.i now have my first placement thanks to daniel and look forward to what the future brings with 3D recruit.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with 3D. My initial contact and interview was professional and friendly and each contact since had been equally easy. Each team member I have had contact with has been unfailingly helpful. I really like being contacted by WhatsApp in the first instance for work opportunities.
