The experience was so nice and had lots of fun time with our residents at larpool care home.

She is absolutely phenomenal in finding me a job straight away and ensuring that I felt comfortable in the school that she found for me. Within a week of communication, Francesca found me a job in a brilliant school. I have been working at the same school, via 3D, for nearly 2 years now. Francesca is always at the other end of the line. If, for any reason, I couldn’t work certain days, Francesca would sort it out for me, allowing me to take the day, without any further stress. Throughout my years working with 3D, Francesca always made sure I felt supported no matter what. I never had any anxieties in my job knowing that I had the 3D team supporting me.
