"Oops Scam"
I have just experienced my worst travel experience ever. I was at the arrival hall at 3 p.m., but the shuttle did not come at all. After the tour ended, I complained about it, and they replied that the shuttle was scheduled for pick-up at 3 PM. I know that the shuttle was scheduled to depart at 3 p.m., but where was the shuttle? I was later told by one of the representatives that the shuttle was not arranged as I did not send my flight details, but in fact one of their representative has confirmed to me on WhatsApp that they have received my details and that they have contacted the local operator. They did not admit their mistakes and only offered me some money as a 'GESTURE OF GOODWILL,' which is far less than what I paid for the taxi to the hotel. In addition, the tour guide often changed the iternary without our consent. We did not do the city tour on the last day, the Anuradhapura tour, and the bicycle tour. Although they promised me that if there are any services that were not used, they would be happy to review and process a refund for those. However, they just ignored my email after I made the complaints. Also, the hotel ratings provided by Traveltalk are not correct. They often list 4 stars hotels as 5 stars hotels and 3 star hotels as 4 stars hotel. I broke my hand and my back as a result of the guide's reckless actions, but again, no apologies have ever been made by Travel Talk.
P.S. (on the reply of the Travel Talk Tours)
-It would be quite interesting to know that after all the investigations, if there is any, Travel Talk still blames me for the shuttle, while one of their representative has confirmed to me that the shuttle has been scheduled on Whatsapp.
-I have never gotten any feedback or replies regarding my complaints about the guide, the safety of the car (no seatbelt), compulsory shopping, and others.
- I am very interested in where the official star ratings come from, when the Google Map, site for hotel booking, the hotels' official website, and even the hotel staff said different things. To ensure the quality of the hotels is one thing, but to lie about the star ratings of the hotel is another thing. I would be quite interested to know how Travel Talk rate the hotels, and I am sure that it will revolutionise the whole travel and tourism industry.

"Amazing Turkey!"
I just got home from what has been the trip of a lifetime! Turkey is a beautiful country, and I am so grateful for Mustafa and Travel Talk for putting together this amazing tour. I definitely could not have seen all of the places I have been to these past 12 days on my own! I really enjoyed learning the history of all the places we went. Ephesus was a favorite of mine, along with Cappadocia. And the Turkish Bath experience is not to be missed. Thank you Travel Talk!

"Amazing Turkey Tour"
I have just finished the 10 day Amazing Turkey by Land tour. Wow, what an experience. The guide Mustafa was amazing. His knowledge and obvious pride and love of his country makes the experience top notch. He effectively introduced us to the diverse landscape, history, natural beauty and culture of this country. It was so much fun and we had an amazing group of people of varying ages on the tour as well. We packed so much into such a short time. I would highly recommend this tour. If you are thinking of booking, do it!! You will love it. Sensational

"10 day turkey land tour"
It was obvious Mustafa our tour guide was very experienced and we were in for a great tour. He weaved his magic with his humour, knowledge and being flexible so we would miss the crowds. We covered a lot of ground in a short time to see some amazing turkey. It was really a pleasure to travel with travel talk and all the accommodation was really noice.!

"Travel talk Egypt and Türkiye "
My partner and I completed two travel talk tours back to back: Egypt and Türkiye.
Both tours were meticulously planned, giving us such a comprehensive and comfortable tour around the countries.
Our tour guides were the stand out, Mohammad in Egypt and Mustafa in Türkiye - both passionate and well educated in their fields. They were both great people and went above and beyond for us, which was the highlight of the trip.
The hotels and boats were beautiful and very luxurious.
Can’t recommend travel talk enough

"Beware"
Beware - unreasonable booking conditions - Do not book with this company!
They cancelled our booking for no reason after confirming it and didn’t even offer a refund (just transfer to another tour) until I complained. Finally got refund 1.5 weeks later after some chasing.
Their booking conditions do not comply with ABTA code of conduct and guidance as they can cancel for any reason even after full balance is due.
This is also in direct contradiction to their website which says departures are guaranteed.
Company has still not responded to my complaint almost 3 weeks ago.

"Pick something else don’t use cheap and nasty tours."
The guides were great and helpful.
The Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino: has a bomb detector dog and armed guards in the reception.
The overnight train was at least 80-plus years old. The toilets were un-hygienic no water was flushed to the railway tracks. The rooms were very small, the meals only just. The train shook, rattled, and bounced all night long. Nobody got any sleep including the guide.
The next day in Aswan it was extremely hot, we had sites/temples all day before we could board the river cruise. Dinner was at a local family home for a Bedouin dinner back at about 10 pm. The next day was extra to Abu Simbu with a 4 am start meeting in reception. For a 10-hour day in a sinking minibus (sounds exciting). By 4 am I was vomiting on the toilet from exhaustion and heat stroke. After vomiting I went back to bed a few hours later I got up and went for some breakfast 3 cups of tea and a small tub of yogurt, later some quiet time on the top deck sitting in the shade.
After an early dinner off to the lights show at the Pyramids and got back at about 9.30 pm for an early start of 3 am in reception for 10 to 12-hour drive in a mini bus plus 17 checkpoints. To get to Dahab.
The travel talk manager suggests we fly to Dahab at $95 US extra, this should have been suggested from the start on the website.
Travel Talk, dropped us off at the airport only to find out they dropped us 10 people at the wrong terminal. We decided to stay together catching the airport shuttle to the correct terminal the airport staff were very helpful.
