"Awful -and a SCAM"

Awful -and a SCAM! They sell a Word 2021 product but it will only create or edit a word doc if you further purchase Microsoft 365! Email them and all you get is flannel. Then they insist that I must have done something wrong in downloading their product. No! It installed perfectly. What it doesn’t do is work as word processing software without paying extra money to Microsoft. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ripped off!

"Mis-described, mis-advertised, mis-sold, NO REFUND"

Product was mis-described, mis-advertised, mis-sold and would not work. The company even confirmed it would work BEFORE the order. They admit ALL of this but NO REFUND. MANIFESTLY UNETHICAL and I feel like the victim of blatant t**** [YOU CAN GUESS HOW I FEEL BUT I CANNOT USE THIS WORD]. Post sale service was even worse. DO NOT RISK A SINGLE CENT/PENNY.

"Stay away!"

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

War skeptisch. Bitdefender 3 Jahre für nur 45€ aber hat super geklappt, gleich den Code bekommen und aktiviert, steht da für 1095 Tage gültig! Vielen Dank.

Habe schon mehrfach bei Blitzhandel24 bestellt.
Hat bis jetzt immer alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklappt. Kann nichts negatives Berichten.

"Meiner Meinung nach SEHR Unseriös!"

Habe eine Lizenz für 1-4 User für Nitro PDF bei dem Laden gekauft für fast 200 Euro. Bei der Installation des 3. Users verweigert das Setup die Aktivierung, die Höchstzulässige Benutzeranzahl sei überschritten. Auf Rückfrage bei Blitzhandel24 heißt es dann, dass die Angabe 1-4 User nicht heißen würde, dass ich die auch aktivieren kann. Ja was denn sonst? Evtl. Einschränkungen hätte ich vorher mit Blitzhandel klären sollen, ein Widerruf wird nicht akzeptiert. Ich fühle mich betrogen und erwäge rechtliche Schritte. Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?

Este mi último email enviado a esta comercial de software, después de darlo ellos por "resuelto", que significaba no devolverme el dinero, a pesar de estar dentro de los 14 días de renuncia que indican, alegando un artículo de la legislación alemana y no se cuantas historias legales más.
Compré ESET Internet Security 1 Dispositivo 2 Años
No.: 241820606.1. Imposible instalarlo siguiendo las instrucciones "bot" (Figo), porque ese es su "servicio técnico".
Al final, según indico, conseguí instalarlo ignorando esas instrucciones, después de haber perdido el tiempo durante más de una semana.
No compréis, es una comercial online, que igual podía vender patatas que antivirus.

Kon het niet installeren, Steeds foutmeldeing. Het blijkt illegale software te zijn.
Na bellen met een Engels sprekende dame bleek dat software niet terugbetaald wordt.
Ze jatten zo, in mijn geval €28,--, voor een niet werkende sleutel.
Het schijnt in de voorwaarden te staan dat Software niet in de 14 dagen herroepings regels zit.
Advies: Bestel hier niets, ik ben er met schade en schande achter gekomen.

Unfortunately, the situation took a challenging turn when I discovered post-purchase that the software did not support my specific version of macOS, a detail that was not specified on the product's sales page at the time of purchase.

I reached out to their customer service for assistance, expecting a degree of understanding and flexibility. Despite providing clear visual evidence that the product description only stated "Mac OS" with no version details, my requests for a refund have been met with rigid responses. The customer service team repeatedly referred to their general terms and conditions, emphasizing a non-cancellation policy post-purchase, without addressing the core issue of misleading product information.

It is a basic consumer expectation that the product descriptions should be clear and comprehensive. When such descriptions are vague or incomplete, it is reasonable for a customer to expect a company to take responsibility, especially when the issue is brought to their attention. However, the inflexibility and lack of accommodation I've experienced from Blitzhandel24 have been disheartening.

The insistence on pointing to terms and conditions, in this case, feels like an evasion of the underlying problem: the product sold was not as described. This has not only resulted in an unusable product for me but also in a loss of trust in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I am left with no choice but to share my experience publicly, hoping that future customers will be aware and that Blitzhandel24 will take steps to improve their service. Companies should strive to ensure their customers' needs and expectations are met

Super Service, hatte anfangs Schwierigkeiten bei der Installation vom Windows Server 2019 und die Supporter vom Blitzhandel24 Team haben arrangiert ohne langem Hin & Her geholfen. Es ist nicht mein erster und letzter Einkauf bei euch.
